Texture white lines

Hello

I have a problem with white lines practically everywhere i look.

I really don’t know what to do. I tried to reinstall the game, didn’t work…
Please tell me what to do.

Try typing mat_wireframe 0 in the console.

Wireframe doesn’t pick and choose random models.

Try starting the game with the Steam command -dxlevel 95.
