TES V announced at last - it's Skyrim!

I’m level 64 and haven’t, so no.

Also, the rabbit herding just doesn’t work well enough. Sure they spread out nice when there are a handfull of them, in fact it’s near impossible to keep them together.

When there is fifty+ of them however, they swarm in a huge mass, up and down the roads without running into the wild. I’ve reloaded and am going around putting blocks of five here and there wherever I go instead.

You didn’t make “the wrong choice” you can either kill him or not kill him. There’s no right or wrong choices in that situation. Whichever you do dictates what your reward for the quest is, however.

The other day I bought a horse. Not more than 3 minutes later the horse was dead. I assumed horses could fall a distance into water and survive.

Doesn’t matter because now I have the Dark Brotherhood horse.
Perfect strategy is to ride into the middle of a bandit camp, dismount, run to safety and watch my horse murder everyone.

Anyone playing this on the PS3? if so: how does it run after all the patches?

Thinking about getting it after spending way too much time on Red Dead Redemption again.

Was pretty shitty on launch, but most of the kinks are straightened out.

Eh, if you help them escape they actually perform this mass cleansing of Markarth where the freed Forsworn systematically slaughter anyone on the streets.

The Thalmor must all die.

The Falmer must all die.

The Forsworn must all die.

In that order.

I’ve got to say, if there’s anything good with combining Followers and traps it must be raising your restoration skills. Especially those spinning Dwemern blades.

EDIT: Randomly happend upon a student who wanted to join the mage college but needed training in Wards, so he asked me if I could help him since I am the Arch-Mage. I said “sure” and started blocking his attacks with my ward. A soon as he started, Faendal(My follower) ran up to him and stabbed him to death.:expressionless:
Why add something like that if you can’t code the follower to not register the student as a threat.

Well they are actually looking to hire a new coder now

I had that happen too. You can reload (if you saved before, of course), and when you go to another big city, he’ll appear again. I went to Solitude and saw him from afar, so I had time to tell Stenvar to wait far away from the whole thing

is there any way you can mess with the Thalmor, aside from the main quest? i’ve done some reading on UESP and The Skyrim Wiki and haven’t find any info on questlines or any quests for that matter. Even after the main questline is over, the imperial questline or Stormcloak quests or done, there’s not a whole lot more going on with the Thalmor.

i really wanted to fight against them or make an attempt at driving them out of Skyrim.

DLC, anybody?

-Kawai Tei-

I’m sure the DLC will be Thalmor related, so you’ll just have to wait a bit.

On a related note, any news on DLC?

No. Not yet. i Google that every day.
These are the only hints we’ve got so far and none of it is official.

I would buy $20 worth of cloth physics and snowy footprints.

Jesus fuck, I’d pay $20 for a war against the Thalmor.

i figured that since the price of Skyrim had dropped to $30 everywhere, Bethesda was going to make up the difference in DLC sales. it’s been about 2 weeks (longer?) since then and the only DLC that’s come out is free and PC only.

Does DLC news normally come out this early? I’m not expecting anything for another year or so.

Another year? What? I can’t think of any recent games that waited more than a month or two. Admittedly, in this case, the creation kit counts to push that back, but I’d still expect some news by now.

Didn’t anyone listen to Todd Howard. He and other Bethesda staff have said multiple times they are going to make expansion sized DLC so ofc nothing’s coming out after 3 months.

Yeah, but they usually release smaller DLCs and then a big expansion.
