Pandemic is dumb. How can the countries notice a illness with no symptoms, and start closing borders even burning bodies. But I do fucking love those stories that came out of it. Madagascar is getting sort of old by now, but the Greenland robots with “THE HOSPITAL IS OPEN” are still awesome.

But then seasonal flu kills about 500,000 people every year. I’m not saying that swine flu might not kill more than that, but everyone is worrying far too much about it, just because there are perfectly healthy people that are at risk too, rather than just the elderly or young. The best and only thing that we can do is to maintain good standards of hygeine.

something like thousands die from run-of-the-mill flu (of which swine (H1n1)flu really is) every year just in the US alone…so I’m not really all that concerned over a few hundred people XP
