Surface tension Crashs

Passing through the tunnel after the tank fight I am getting the crash CUtlLinkedList overflow! (exhausted index range). Whenever I try to open the door regardless of settings.

My map location is Bm_c2a5g. I cant pass through the door without the game crashing.
