Got stuck here when playing through the last update. First I got stuck on top of the ladder two times in a row when jumping over the boxes and if I manage to get up there and go back down I can’t climb up the ladder anymore. No problems here before.

This is weird. Just checked it and I had no issue there. Hm. I guess you do try crouch-jumping, right? I use it all the time. Well if you are certain that’s not the issue here, than try restarting the chapter from the menu, if no chnage, check the file integrity and disable the mods you use (if you use any).
First time it looked as if you clipped out of the map and got stuck.
Second time I think you needed to try duck/crouch like Medkit said.
