Hold on a minute… they FINALLY fixed offline mode? That (and my friends’ inabilities to set up networks) has been the single biggest detriment to my LANing for the past year.
That is excellent! Now they just need a UI that paints windows the normal way and I will willingly plant myself at Steam’s mercy.
What exactly was wrong with offline mode? Because my little brother has been able to play HL2 offline on our laptop up until a couple of months ago.
