Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management

There you’ll most likely have to assign a drive letter to your second HDD.

That should fix that

Windows 7 runs steam fine. However there is a problem to note. When you compile a large map in Hammer, vrad sometimes freezes; about once every 10 times. This is probably due to 64 bit operating system, or not, IDK. Valve will probobly offer support for this in the future. As for steam and steam game there is no problems.
