Steam is joining the likes of ISPs, claiming speeds that exceed my actual transfer rate by like 20% (give or take ten magnitudes).

Lol americans and their shitty 3.4 billion GB/s internet, in Canada we get at least twice that speed for a penny a month, which means it’s free because in Canada, pennies are illegal.
