I don’t know if anyone will even want me to take a picture of anything for them, but figured I would offer. I’ll dump all pictures that people request in here after I’ve uploaded them.
I’ll get the oldest I can find, how does that sound?
No. I’d rather not be banned and possibly arrested. Also, that plane isn’t at the DC museum, and I’m not going to Dulles. (I’d be tempted to make a day of it if the Metro ran there, but it doesn’t.)
I’m not particularly into this kind of stuff but huge WWII period aircrafts are pretty badass, especially the double-tail ones, also helicopters are cool.
The stuff you listed is in the other building, which is at Dulles Airport. I went to the one right off of The Mall in DC. I do want to go there again though, they have like, 10 shitloads of planes.
I would have, but it wasn’t there. The display for it was there, but the rock itself was not.
Let’s see if this works. I put the pictures in my SkyDrive, because it’s a lot quicker to go through my phone and say “Upload to SkyDrive” than it is to put them all on imageshack.
There is also a picture of my dog in there that I took yesterday to test the whole thing out.
Also, when I took the pic of the SR-71 model, there were some kids that were all “Woah, it’s just like in Black Ops!” I wanted to facepalm. Because they looked about 12.
bummer about the rock
I went to DC with a group and the guys were more interested in whatever the hell else you can do in the DC area while it’s 110 degrees outside, so I rushed through all the smithsonians (all of them)
