Well, this is my last video I made. It could be much better, I think I rushed it a bit.

While I’m all for high-resolution images and I’d readily refine those wallpapers (there’s a bunch of stuff I don’t like), my brushes get only so big. I’d most probably be able to trace the rising sun one and the logo, but there’s nothing I could do about the scratches (the question of their use in the first place aside).

The whole level is now linked. Small amounts of texturing, detail work, and lighting are all that remain.

Really, you have mad drawing skills. And a good style too. You’d only need to work a bit on the leg’s proportions and it’d be perfect.
I think it looks fine, but that’s probably because I drew it and know just how I want to look at it. You’re probably right though, I can see how it looks like his right knee it up where his thigh is, even though it’s really lower and the lighting goofed this up wicked bad. This was actually just a pen doodle that I fixed up.
Either way, I’ve always been jealous of those more minimalistic and imperfect cartoonists like Stephan Pastis and Matt Groening because their characters seem to have a more existential feel to them than realistic drawings.
But yes, that leg looks fucking retarded the way I made it look like his knee is there. It’s supposed to be down near the bucnhed up cuffs. You can’t actually see his feet here and that’s sort of the reason.

Actually I think his/its right leg looks fine. I was talking about its/his left thigh that’s a bit too much skinny compared to the other.
Oh. That’s because he’s a cartoon and I’m not a master of drawing perspective.

- Use drawing tablet to color it
- Add three new layers to draw additional shading (in this case, the glowy eyeballs, too)
- slap on a few filters and adjust the brightness/contrast
- clear background
- repeat steps 2-4 on BG
