Have you used custom ‘scratch’ and ‘damage’ brushes in Photoshop? I had those but I forgot to back them up when I got a new PC. Mind giving me the name/link?

no, I didn’t use Photoshop stuff. I don’t even own Photoshop. I drawed EVERY little scratch pixel for pixel by myself with Gimp.
I drawed the whole thing. I only used two textures to give the door a little bit grain and another one for the stripes at the bottom which can’t be seen in the screenshot.
Why would you do that? With Photoshop brushes you could do it in minutes…

Just showing him that in the future he could save a lot of time, I don’t think he wants to create scratches and damage decals by hand every time.

Working on a crazy little project here… been at it for a while, with a long break in between. Just picked it up again.

Err, well my concept was voted down in favour of a different concept. The mapper assigned to that concept has… gone MIA. The ‘project leader’ is also still MIA… That leaves me and Floyd and we’re just concept guys…
