I also hate using tablets. The visual disconnect kills me. One thing that helps me is to draw a dot on the right side of the screen and from the left draw smooth arcs and lines over and over and always attempt to have then end on the dot. After doing this repeatedly you can train your hand where everything is. Just don’t move the pad OR the screen. It can cause you to loose all of the positional memory.
