I reanimated the HD pack’s shotgun a while back, and just recently uploaded it. It’s at the bottom, this picture has various other model hacks and tweaks I made for my mod as well.
The stock flips open when you draw it, and closed when you holster it. (Sorry, no hands involved in that- it’s all momentum due to skill constraints)
You can download the shotgun here. HEV, Soldier, and Guard arms, so you can use it in the expansions as well if you wish.
