I would have personally preferred:
CALL of FREEMAN: MODERN SCIENCE
It needs to be a steam game. None of this windows live crap.
Why yes, I am being annoying now.
New song released by my girlfriend’s band, I helped them mix/master some of their songs. She’s on drums.
It should be Call of Duty: Science Mesa
Got bored bout an hour and a half ago, rediscovered sketchup for like the twelfth time, made half of my bed, realized it was horribly disproportionate, ran down the hall, grabbed a tape measure and started taking measurements. Besides the bedframe itself, everything is accurate to within a quarter of an inch (that includes the little rail on the side of the bedframe)
First real work with sketchup, most prior to this was just throwing lines and shit around to bore my way through class.
So here it is, my bed and desk. Minus the tons of litter and minus the computer tower to the right of the desk. I’mma do that tomorrow.
er, don’t mind the measurement dummy.
Dude. There’s a two dimensional man on your bed.
He ate my mattress. Again.
YUS! I’m totally going to try to build the nerf gun that’s been hanging off the side of my bed’s rail since the beginning on the year… An effective coat-hanger and paper-towel dispenser, that is.
Mmm. Is that candy apple green? On an Apple logo?
Did a concept art for an architecture competition for a portable shelter. Our team was unnaturally uncreative.
What resulted was even worse: No roof or coverings. Was chilly as hell at night, too.
I like the concept, though it doesn’t really look too portable.
The result is horrible, though :<
Instead of using sketchup, you could use the modeling programs that REAL men use.
Barbie Horse Adventures?
My latest is the McJoker, small size below, full size is here.

Hey, I finished my side of the room, and decided to replace my roommate while I’m at it.
Sure, he’s a bit taller and clunks around alot, hits his head (good thing nobody’s above us) and has this female alter-ego that spouts intellectual nonsense every once in a while (really disturbing)… but he’s cool. Oh, he never changes his clothes or showers. Something about his actuators not liking the high pressure. I don’t know.
Yeah.
Yeeeaaahh…
Anywho, here it is.
Er, here.
Damnit, one more time…
The white turd on top of the tower is my external hard drive. it likes it’s warm home…
Nerf-gun = key-hook/coat-hanger/camera-bag-hanger/thing to hang pretty much anything on.
You can’t really see it in my image, but there’s a fifth speaker on top of my monitor. You can KIND of see it…
For some reason, posting it was nearly more difficult that making it. (Got the mc, tower, and part of the light from the sketchup shares)
OHSHIT I JUST REALIZED I DIDN’T EVER GET AROUND TO MAKING MY SUB-WOOFER.
I’m digging the bed-over-shit setup. If only they made king-sized bunks, I’d keep a fridge, my desktop, and couch under it.
Well, our bunks are pretty kickass long (that bed is still the only thing that isn’t measured in the entire work, so it should be a BIT longer. If my desktop were under my desk instead of my garbage can (which wouldn’t work due to the protruding shelf beneath), a small refrigerator would fit.
Also, I got lucky and got into the largest 2-person dorm-room size. It’s pretty nice. The closets are about four feet from the end of my bed, and it’s 2 full bed-length’s across the room, plus some.
If my roommate’s dresser were in the same place on his side of the room as mine is on my side (to the right of the bed, between it and the closets), we’d seriously have room for a couch along the left wall. Sure I might not be able to open my drawers, but who cares! We’d have a couch! Now… If I didn’t have a roommate, this would be one hell of a sick setup.
Next I’m gonna toss in the windows (there’s one to the left of my bed, and one long segmented window at the very top of the room, same wall), and finishing decorating up my roommate’s side of the room (desk, mainly), toss in the closets, clothes dressers, and door, then I’ll call it a complete project.
(the make these… the IKEA is filled with setups like that, but with king-sized beds)
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
