still life in progress, fell asleep when making it
the gray thing is a placeholder
crits on the objcts

The bottom of the jug comes down too far. And I guess darker between them would be good also. Placeholder looks alot like a mousemat, is that on purpose?

Paceholder is obviously a hat.

You need harsher lighting, I think

I dunno, placeholder looks like a unicorn to me

I think the placeholder is the model for Gordon Freeman.
otherwise, nicely done.

what do you mean by saying the bottom comes down too far? also, do you mean like reflections of the phone on the mug? they weren’t casting shadows on each-other if i remember. i was starting the blocking for the mousemat, but my eyes couldn’t stay focused on my screen so i went to sleep
i’ll try to do this and upping the contrast when the lightning is suitable again.

That’s what I thought from looking at it, I think maybe it’s too rounded, like it’s being viewed from too high of an angle. Even though the phones infront of it, i get the impression it comes down to being almost level with the base of the bottle.

actually, that might be the bottle being too short
it’s starting to look like it’s floating to me

could be either I guess. The bottle does seem to float abit, partly because there needs to be more contrast at it’s base

Yeah me too.

lo-poly and lo-res give me a huge stiffy for some reason

This hasn’t come very far considering what I last posted. What can I say? A new baby and a move will kick your ass.
