Show off your EVERYTHING

Just found out that everything I had set up Quake related is still in-tact from about 3 windows installs ago, including the level editor I use with the proper compiler paths and everything.

Decided to load up my “latest” level I’m working on and take screenshots (latest, as in, the last one I worked on before I put it down a while ago to do other things and kinda forgot about it).

I remember working on this elevator

Quake doesn’t support doors attached to func_trains or anything complex like that, so I had to create two individual func_trains and set up the paths and timing perfectly to make elevator doors that close and follow the elevator as if they are a part of it. I was so proud of it when I finally finished it

One of the little problems with BM is the vorts; reusing old content from Episode 2 doesn’t work, because those Vorts were diesigned is comical/enigmatic allies rather than enemies. Also, the non-English Episode 2 lines are all variations on a couple of themes, like so:

Guess the game for a cookie.

I painted this in my spare time.

I’ve got some skins laying around… But they pale in comparison to everything here so…

I’ll limit myself to say, you are all really talented. A very nice thing to see in a community.

A few paintings

Some HL fanart is at the top of my list after playing Black Mesa though

you’re okay.

one red eye

My AP Literature class has just finished reading Toni Morrison’s Beloved, and the class was assigned with the task of creating A ‘Novel Project’, which is a really shitty euphemism for ‘Make a tribute to the book’.
So I drew a picture

Working on some illustrations for a friend’s article in a photography magazine.

Oh my! You did the dirty!

Drew the First one; Drew and Colored the Second.

You did all this? Fuck off and stop making everyone else look bad.

He’s legit, of course.

Which just raises the question of why on earth would he post them here of all places?

To make us all feel bad about ourselves. :frowning:

I think I’ve seen his art in Two Steps From Hell videos.

I think I saw that too.

You mean the kind where somewhere just picks a random cool image off of google to use as the background for their youtube video?

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
