That said, this is pretty decent. The lines are clean and the proportions work pretty well.
Only the legs bother me a bit, both look like they should be broken to get into that position. (which, it being a comic character, is possible. Just something you should consider)

Actually, considering he is a cartoon character, the way his legs are are intentional, if not over-exaggerated. And no, the tat was not for me. It was for a young lady I worked with. Go figure. She described it, I imagined it.
