Setmodel mess about

After completing the game for a 2nd time, I decided to mess around with console commands and recently stumbled upon SetModel.

After a little bit of messing around, I managed to set my model as a security team member without crashing (had to use prop_dynamic_create first), but a in a permanent t-pose state. Is there any command at all in the source engine which could allow me to apply animation sets to myself to get rid of my t-posed stated ? I don’t mean like ent_fire setanimation, I mean, if possible, any console command which will allow me to apply the npc security animation set to myself.

Not really.
The player model framework requires player-specific action markers to be set in the animations, which none of the NPC models have, at least at this time.
Thirdperson hasn’t every been fully supported in Half-Life games, but your best bet if you really want it in Black Mesa is to wait until Deathmatch comes out, and use one of the models from it.
