Screen resolution

DL’ed Black Mesa. I can get my resolution to 1920x1080 however I cannot get the game to go into 16x9. It is stuck in 4x3. Is there a way to get to 16x9? Thanks

In the video options, on the left, under the resolution, there’s a box to change the aspect ratio. You can also set your resolution manually by going to BM’s launch parameters in steam and feeding it -w 1920 -h 1080

Yes, I know where to change the aspect ratio. It just won’t go there. I select 16x9 in the drop down menu then click on apply and nothing happens. It just stays in 4x3. How do I get to where I can manually change it? Is it in the console?

Right click on Black Mesa in your Steam list, click properties, then click “Set Launch Options.”
