Screen blacks out

I’m at the bit with the tram, I’ve killed the little bullpup aliens and i get off the tram before it crashes.

But as I go forward the screen goes entirely black. Flashlight doesn’t work but when I shoot I see a red light.

Anyone else had this issue?

enable High Dynamic range in advanced video options.
