Blazing Saddles[/SIZE]
Reservoir Dogs
The Book of Eli
Shawshank Redemption, at least twice because it’s that good.
Avatar.
Here are some I like that your local friends might not have already done…y’know, the non-obvious ones:
Primer - Interesting take on a sciencey movie
Bloodsport - So bad it’s good classic action movie
Bullitt - Classic car chase movie…not much else to it though
Flight of the Navigator - Old school Disney Sci-Fi…simpler times
Leaving Las Vegas - A bleak movie about alcoholism and depression
Senna - Excellent documentary about the tragic story of Ayrton Senna.
Suicide Kings - Whodunnit movie with cool style and interesting twists.
The Iron Giant - Awesome kids cartoon classic.
Charlie Wilsons War - Interesting look at the cold war.
Jacobs Ladder - Psychological thriller.
Redbelt
Push
Sneakers
cash back sucked but other than that decent list
Some current films: End of Watch was really good, but I don’t know if it’s on dvd yet.
Oh… and Ted.
i can’t wait to live in a world without seth mcfartlame
The Road, easily one of the best post-apocalyptic movies ever made. Hauntingly beautiful and thoroughly depressing at the same time.
A history of Violence is another great movie, though I think they miscast the brother. William Hurt is just wrong for Vigo Mortensen.
The Forbidden Planet. Classic science fiction movie.
fantastic planet and forbidden zone are also rad
The Big Lebowski
Thanks people
Alien and Aliens you fucking idiots.
Sure one was listed but you can’t really have one without the other.
Also, I Saw the Devil is the best fucking revenge film I’ve ever seen. Koreans know how to do this shit right.
Basically anything from the Avengers series.
That or maybe a Resident Evil film, I only saw Apocalypse but it was good.
oh what
my
Alien and Aliens are like my top two movies, you should also watch Terminator 1 and 2, Predator 1 and Predators.
