Raw mouse input

Hi guys!

Having a lot of fun with Black Mesa here.

Would it be possible to add raw mouse input? I’m using Windows 8.1 and mouse input is very jerky with Black Mesa. All Source-based games with raw mouse input don’t have this problem.

The command is m_rawinput 1, but it’s isn’t recognised in Black Mesa.
