That question still needs answered.
Also, any advice on how to make a shadow in a skin file, that I could put behind the RSS feeds?

copy paste the code look for coordinates, change by a couple pixels and font to dark grey
maybe not I am just guessing
I’m thinking about making an image to put behind it, but I wanted something more dynamic incase I ever feel like sharing this mess.
WTF swear I responded to this thread, internet must have timed out.
The reason it is happening is The x value is too small and the text is centered. As for fixing the config, the way you are using it, I would right align the text and set the x value to some smaller number.
For shadows I just did as sersoft said, in the origional config there is [MonthMeater] [MonthmeterS] s=shadow, Same meter just down 2 px darker and less opasity.
With images you can do more intricate shadows and reflections but this is normally limited to just numbers as each symbol (1,2,3,4,a,b,c,d) must be rendered. Also when displaying the information you have to split the output into a config for each character. So to display the number 135 you would need 3 image configs.
It’s not centered though, all my strings are left aligned.
EDIT: Also, any ideas on how to grab the temperature of the computer for Rainmeter? A skin someone else made that I could modify would be fine, too.
You would have to use one of the rainmeter plugins like speed fan. https://rainmeter.net/RainCMS/?q=SpeedFan
as for the clipping try removing the w value as you don’t need it in your setup as well. I just defined it because i needed it centered on the screen.
Alright I didn’t notice a problem this time when 10PM rolled around, but I think I might have refreshed before actually looking.
Also, “temperature” seems like a vague variable. Can the value it gives be split up into separate parts (i.e., GPU, CPU…) or is it nothing more than a temperature of inside your computer?
It’s only showing the temperature for one core, and I have SpeedFan running and everything. Not sure if it’s the skin or not.
