Questionable Research Mod

Well, can you code? :stuck_out_tongue:

IF can_code THEN
on_team = True
ELSE
on_team = False
End If

okay, you’re the one retaking this mod. Shouldn’t YOU be filling this position?

So… what the heck is left? You said that you’re restarting the production of the mod, but as near as I can tell, you need to fill positions for every single aspect of creating a mod? What part of it exactly is being handled by you? Voice Acting?

I’m not trying to say it’s doomed to failure, but I’m just not seeing much of a reason for people who have the skills you’re looking for to WANT to join in on this.

main()
{
Bell();
}

Bell()
{
std::cout<<“The Game\n”;
Bell();
}

Complile and Enjoy

I lost the game.

Ah dammit, I lost the game.

I am the Project Leader, and i also give a hand with mapping, enough said?
And, the brainstorming began, but i accidentally deleted my admin permissions…

This project is already failing.

Oh shut up…

Wait, so you’re doing what Black Mesa is doing except for roleplay? You do know it took this team (and is still taking them) 5+ years, right? You’re fucked.

Been there done that. This mod, like ours, will probably last for a year or so slowly breaking apart until one day… DEAD.

Im 19, i got years to waste before i have to do anything constructive to society

Still! The amount of work divided amongst a small team like this will take AGES.

Our team will grow, and time doesnt matter for me

It matters to people who want the mod, and the rest of the team won’t want to dedicate such a large amount of time to an unlikely mod.

This would be quite ambitious for a professional development studio with a whole team of employees. Imagine how it’s gonna go for a couple of amateurs doing it in their spare time.

It’s not.

We’re not trying to shoot you and your teams’ dreams down with this mod. We’re just trying to help you not crush your own dreams in the long run.

Danny’s mod is better. This one needs moar Torus

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
