You put them in your quantum computer to make it go faster. They’re much faster than RAM, but also humongous. Just don’t put too many in, because if the computer goes too fast it’ll start going back in time, and then when you try to play a game it’ll finish before you start it.

But in the chance that you’re not a bot, the fastest computer, according to this site would be the Titan - Cray XK7, and according to its wiki page it contains 16 to 32GB of RAM per CPU and 5 to 6GB of RAM per GPU.
If you want to figure out the total RAM you’re going to have to do that yourself.
