I tried to recover game caches on steam, uninstall a few mods but nothing worked…

Right Click on Black Mesa
Select Properties
Select the Local Files Tab
Click on Verify Integrity of Game Files
After verification is complete, close steam and reopen it and see if the problem is solved

and then Restart you computer and Open Steam
