Problem with xbox360 controller

I tried a suggestion about using a 360 controller and here is what I get after i type ‘exec 360custom’ in console

You need the gamepad driver installed I assume

My xbox 360 controller works fine with other games.

With Black Mesa when I go to console and type ‘exec 360controller’ I get the following output and the controller simply doesn’t work

Any ideas ?

I believe you can just enable it in the options. Seemed to work fine for me.

It is enabled in the options, and when I hit apply after checking the ‘enable the joystick’ box I see exactly the same output in the console as when I run ‘exec 360controller’

I just got it figured out. I needed a driver from Microsoft for WIRELESS xbox controller since mine is wireless lol
