If you can get a game on STEAM… it is a steam game.

Non-Steam games are added from the HDD via (Add a Non-Steam Game).

What you are thinking of is VALVe Games.

I did that, then ran it. Half my friends list start spamming me with “ITS RELEASED!?!?!?!” messages, some even quit their game to go to the website :o
