That’s the medium graphics settings, I think. I never actually looked at the advanced video settings.

It’s what most recent games look like when you’re playing with an integrated graphics card.

Edit: Here’s another one. Aside from the horrific aliasing, notice how terrible the skyline looks. I’m probably going to mess around with the video settings next time I play the game.

Made it like the old BM ST wallpaper now sorta

Replaying Crysis with a little config file thrown in. The game is five years old now…but they could release it today and it’d still be praised for having good graphics. Imho Crysis 2 ain’t got nuthin’ on the first game; it’s far too stylised and post processed.

When I first fired it up with the config and maxed settings, I literally did this;

Also, sniper shotgun HO!

I like that the config you got doesn’t over saturate everything, what one are you using?

Also are you using any Transparency anti-aliasing? so it applies to vegetation or just regular MSAA? I was going to replay Crysis again recently but my old installation is fucked to hell so I decided to wait until I dig out the disc.

enjoying the world of dishonored

can’t believe how small the download is for how good it looks

Man, I really loved Penumbra.

Almost like a Stalker game in here.

The puzzles were really nice in this game.

Have to escape scary place. No time for art!

:aah:

:fffuuu:

Hah, I love that last one. Are there a whole selection of commands that you can try?

It’s something like

Is there an emergency? Y/N
Is it your fault? Y/N
Are you telling the truth? Y/N
Do you want to start the Emergency Security Protocol? Y/N

Then it displays that. So it’s mostly yes or no in the select command box. There are other programs that give you the status of various parts of the facility. There’s also a bunch of notes scattered through computers there. I love games that give you lots of notes and letters to find.

You’re bigger than i thought

Well I didn’t spend much time looking around tbh, I found one called ‘real lifesis’.

Comes with a flowgraph, a ToD files and an autoexec config. Infact, I only used the config, and left the other two. I was impatient and they needed the editor to install I think :stuck_out_tongue: SO I think lighting wise, it’s vanilla crysis along with a few tweaks on the contrast/brightness/gamma sliders in the game menu. Really just better lods and elimination of the horrendous pop-in

As for AA, I’m just using ingame 4x. Not sure how it’s applied, but I agree it’s a bit inconsistent. I was going to try and get 4x ingame combined with an fxaa injector, but I can’t find one and the two I have crash the game.

I also use RadeonPro to control my gpu, I maxed out the tesselation, and some strange things happen. Sometimes it looks great, others…notso.

“You critically miss and lose the rest of your ammo”. How the hell does that happen? My character’s so much of a spaz he dropped his magazine while trying to shoot?

That part took me days to complete back when i first played it. I killed 1-3 of them, save, exit the cave, heal, repeat. These old games sure is fun later tho

My personal favorite was encountering enemies in a tense situation, thinking your gonna die, then to have the next turn say “bandit critically misses and is knocked off his feet for x damage”

This wasn’t nearly enough for the finale.

Actually got this shot by accident

This game’s lighting is really spooky

Welp. That’s…interesting

Oh look I’ve been playing the latest build of Project CARS…

Particularly like the first and last myself

the singularity is approaching

Some LEGO bromance
