the british have arrived
wot wot
After the trailer for Amnesia: AMfP today I decided to start Penumbra Overture back up since I never did finish it. Looks pretty good.
And another flooded GTAIV pic. This time with peds riding sharks.
AYE BELIEVE I CAN FLYYYYY
“…big deal bitch, we can all fly too. Who knew Crown Victorias could do such a thing”
Mmmmmm donuts
“Roads? Where we’re going we don’t need…roads.”
^ Is the game any good? User scores on metacritic average 4.7 out of 10…
Some old school style 3d shooter action:
I played Penumbra: Black Plague at my friend’s laptop and I’m surprised that Amnesia was only like half as hard and scary compared to Penumbra.
No, for a long list of reasons. I also hold a lot against it because it’s so drastically different to the original, which happens to be one of my favorite games.
Siggs just likes it because it has cars .
I’m not-Siggs and what is kerrs?
This time…even that might not be enough :fffuuu:
Well, that’s pretty conclusive.
Can someone tell me what the game is so I can avoid buying it?
Need for Speed: Least Wanted
Oh yeah, isn’t that the one that they remade for no reason whatsoever?
Not really a remade tho
So Stalker, Metro 2033, and this game have made allusions to Half Life. Wonder how many more there are.
:fffuuu::fffuuu::fffuuu:
Hm, I might’ve been thinking of something else.
Edit: That last image wasn’t scary until I zoomed in. :fffuuu:
What happened after that?
Edit 2: Oh, according to Wikipedia you just get knocked out. That’s kinda anticlimactic.
Yeah, you start walking forward and then the light where the guy is goes out and then each light in the hallway in sequence goes out until it reaches your character. Your flashlight doesn’t work. And when you walk forward enough your character gets knocked out and the game ends .
It’s comparable to the old NFS: Hot Pursuit with the 2010 game of the same name
Also remade by criterion wasn’t it? That was recieved rather better than this though. It was a lot more similar to the original in my eyes.
My issue is that they’re tried making it more non linear, even than Burnout Paradise. I mean you start with being able to drive almost all the cars. There’s no incentive to complete the races for the slower ones, and on that note; they’ve seriously balanced out the performance of the cars too. Just…no. The original game had a very good career structure.
