What DX level are you at? And what settings are you using?
The radiosity looks awful in that.

I had to change the format as photobucket does not like TGA files. When I did that I set the picture to 16 bits.
Also I am at DX10 and have turned antrisopic filtering to bilinear and the shader settings to medium.

Source doesn’t support DX10. It supports DX9 with DX10 features, but it doesn’t support DX10 natively.
But the shader settings and bilinear filtering explains it. :stuck_out_tongue:
