I don’t know if that is a typical english / american thing that you feel everything must be in your language
 it’s the same in youtube comments or on last.fm. You get flamed to death if you dare to speak your (non-english) mother tongue. I mean it’s just natural for you english-speaking people to have conversations in your native language with practically everyone because AE/BE is one of the most common international languages. Almost everyone speaks it, at least a little bit. But don’t expect everyone to do you that favor and write or speak in AE/BE so you can follow. I don’t mean to sound rough here, but it’s a thing I can observe quite frequently on the net

It’s because we have a rule on these forums about speaking English. I don’t mind this not being a rule on other forums, but since the majority of the moderators here only speak English, that is all that is allowed to be typed here.

Yeah, I know, but my point still stands. Ofc they weren’t refusing to speak english, they switched the language just for fun. And of course I shouldn’t have taken TGPs comment so harsh. I didn’t mean to insult TGP or anyone or shove my opinion up someone else’s ass either, but this kind of reaction isn’t uncommon on the interwebz and I just wanted to share ma thoughts on this
 I didn’t know about the circumstances why TGP was requesting them to keep it english and the reason he offered was totally fine.

Let’s drop this issue and get back on topic, shall we ?
