No problem buddy. My dad is actually a recovering alcoholic of 20+ years, so I personally respect the folk that do not indulge regardless of “need”.
I think respect is only deserved when one recovers from an addiction. I mean, I could teetotal since I only drink once or twice a month, so it would be no skin off my back.

3/4-1 cup sugar
1 pkt generic drink mix
The Temperate Tiki (Smoothie)
Fits standard blender, measurements approximate
- 1-2 cups yogurt (plain or fruity, NO VANILLA!)
- 1|2 peeled bananas
- 1 apple, sliced & cored (keep the skin, if you’re manly enough)
- 1 cup other fruits (add as available, strawberry/blueberry/pineapple/seedless-orange/kiwi/etc.)
- 3/4 cup any fruit juice (add as available, try not to duplicate fruit already added - cranberry cocktails go well)
Most ingredients should already be refrigerated, so serve cold. Variety is the key to success. Relying on one flavour is poor sport. If you feel brave, try using iced tea instead of fruit juice.
[COLOR=‘Black’]If you must spike it, I approve of vodka to complement the fruit, or kahlua to complement the yogurt.
Whiskey + dark soda. Vary amounts to preference. Sorry it’s not very creative. 
Also for a non-alcoholic beverage - there was a soda a while back called red fusion, it was great but it was discontinued. It’s easy to recreate, just mix big red and dr. pepper half and half, tastes great.

also, 1/2 pitcher pitcher ginger ale, 1/2 pitcher rootbeer
also also, 3/4 pitcher ginger ale, 1/4 pitcher gin
also^3 1/3 pineapple juice, 1/3 orange juice, 1/3 whiskey.
Fuck cups and milliliters, spoons is where it’s at.
Blue Kamikaze (only cocktail I actually love)
2 tblsp. Vodka
2 tblsp. Blue Curacao
2 tblsp. Lime Juice
Throw it all together in a pretty big glass and fill the space with ice cubes.
I love pretty drinks!
