EDIT: Nah, I don’t like doing that, I use a quicklaunch folder instead.

Even a jailbroken one wouldn’t have a screen that clear, but I remember my bro had it so that you put your finger in the bottom right, dragged to the center, and a fan of icons appeared, and you scrolled through them like they were on a disc

As I always say: hide the desktop icons and use quicklaunch!
I have quicklaunch on one screen and desktop icons on the other screen, it makes my PC more usable and cleaner.
Fresh install of Win7, it’s so clean ^.^
Haven’t installed my app to for wallpaper customization so still just using the same pic on each screen and it isn’t completely aligned.
