Maybe you should learn what the definition of hypocrite is fuckface.

I was getting on everyone’s case for complaining about the cover art when they hadn’t made anything better. It doesn’t make me a hypocrite for not making any of my own cover art because I never complained about the original in the first place… moron.

The idea that “hurr durr you couldn’t do better” etc. is so deeply flawed it’s stuns me that it’s used to defend anything from an awful president (Bush) to mediocre restaurant food. When it’s someone’s JOB to do something or to make something and they are getting paid to do it then it is entirely irrelevant whether or not you could do the same job as them. If someone doesn’t do their job right then people damn well should criticize them regardless of their own ability to do the same job. This doesn’t apply so much to the case at hand seeing as cover art is a very trivial thing and is not something that you buy without seeing beforehand. I just wanted to rant about the over use of the “you couldn’t do better” argument.

Well I gotta give credit where it’s due, you DO make a good point there. BTW, does anyone know of any decent gaming forums that are about this size but actually have active admins? The troll levels here have risen way too far so I’d love to find a decent forum. I miss the older days of baclkmeas back when Raw Bean was still ban hammering. Does anyone know what happened to him?

That’s a silly statement seeing as there is no such thing as disliking something without a reason. Claiming your belief has no reason is just a downright lie. I like these forums forums because the most active members don’t take most of their shit seriously. People who are super serious business and have to treat the subject matter of what they talk about always like it’s super important and relevant to everyone’s life, those people piss me off. I don’t trust a person without a sense of humor.
