I really really doubt we’ll see the two games connect, and frankly, I like it that way. They are two very very different games with different themes and gameplay. Anything connecting the two would be a massive clash in every way possible.
And also, they said the two wouldn’t connect, isn’t that enough for you?
Apart from the fact of course that the first Portal connected itself to Half-Life and Episode 2 connected itself to Portal and the achievement list of Portal 2 gives a Half-Life related achievement :retard:

Dumbass. Of course they take place in the same universe. What we were discussing was whether or nto the two games would “come together”. ie the events in Portal 2 play a major role or explain something in Half-Life 2 ep3, or ep3 explains events in Portal…
