Basically a downgraded and smaller pair of ps-1000, but still beast as I would imagine.
You might as well wait a little bit to buy one second-hand - lower price (although I wouldn’t realise how much cheaper it can get with a tag of $595) + already burnt in.
Throw a good amp in the mix - and you’ll never find yourself wanting to touch anything else. Well, apart from PS-1000.
To be honest, I’m happy with these:
Got it at the local Fry’s for $40. No, it’s not the best quality in the world and sometimes there’s a bit of static (probably due to the inordinate number of electronics in this place), but they sound good enough for me for what I do on the computer, so, win.
Plus, I can move all around the apartment listening to it; I’m not chained to my desk by a wire.

Whatevs man. I like it. Plus, I’m hard on headphones so I need something rather cheap and rather disposable so that, if it breaks, no biggie. It’s not like I’m out hundreds and hundreds of dollars.
It’s cool.
Grado cans like these are never made for mobility anyway.

Neither, I prefer a special headset that transmits frequencies into your brain that makes it as if the music plays inside your head. In b4 not invented yet… it is, but only with an implanted device.
