Pimp your...

Are you going to get another 5770?

I’m upgrading soon, going with

Intel Core i7 860 (will OC to 4GHz)
Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3P
Corsair 1600C9 2x2GB DDR3-12800 RAM
Noctua NH-C12P-SE14 CPU Cooler

Add to that my current 4870x2 and hook it up to my HP lp3065 and this shit is gonna be gooooood!

Yeah I’ll grab another 5770 sooner or later.

Nice choice with the Gigabyte UD3. Their new line of mobos are sick.

Yeah a mate of mine has EyeFinity and upgraded his PC recently so I’m pretty much getting the same CPU, CPU cooler, Ram and MoBo as he is.

Plus he works at a PC store so I get discount on the upgrade.

Plus I get my tax return back in a week or two which pays for my upgrade.

=D

Yeah, definitely planning on adding another 5770 later on, but I’m thinking I’ll need a PSU upgrade too, the case came with a pretty decent 550 watt Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus, so I left that. Another pretty good PSU should be, what, 90 bucks? And then drop another 200 on a 5770, probably a Sapphire VaporX and I’ll be all set. For now, it runs Source games full blast no problem, and SCII <3.

Don’t have my cam right now but I just bought one of these (mine says 1800dpi in the box though):

I used to have a mx310 that lasted for 7 years, twas an amazing mouse. Then I went through 4 or 5 cheap pieces of crap and decided I should get an actual mouse again.

that mouse sucks for CS

it has nasty acceleration

Bamboo Fun Small Pen & Touch. Nom nom.

I have the same mouse (mx518 right?) and I just uninstalled the software that comes with it, because I couldn’t assign any buttons in games with it. Only drawback is that I can’t change their function in Windows now though :frowning:

I spent $10

I spent an euro

John Lennon or Dark Harry Potter?

I’m… I’m so sorry, John.

870 dropped in price so

Core i7 870 2.93GHz

Gigabyte GA-P44-UD4P

Corsair CMX4GX3M2A 1600C9 (2x2GB) DDR3-12800

Thumbs up on both the parts and the game!

V. nice, but I wanna just get off this page because all the large images at the top are a pain in the rump

MuhahaHAHAHA

It took two seconds to load that pic. :stuck_out_tongue:

You purchased a piece of the universe?

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
