yeah same, i only have a 19" wide. It can run games at 1440X900 with ease. So all is good at the moment.

Sweet! yeah the 8800GT can be noisy at 100% fan load.
Its very cheap too. If you can be bothered, see if you can source it in the UK. Its a great cooler for the price. Only paid AU$24 for mine.

I can now say that my computer is as silent as possible without changing the whole case. And that’s pretty silent. From 5 meters away, you wouldn’t be able to hear if its on or not.
Mine’s a lot quieter now I don’t have my 8800 GT but it’s still got 6 fans in it. I’m not that fussed about how loud it is anyway seeing as I’ve usually got music on anyway.
I don’t mind how loud mine is anymore either, seeing as I have a huge air conditioning unit for a skating rink right outside my window. It’s pretty loud.
