Actually it’s derived (I don’t want to get into Quebecer’s swears history, but let’s say they are all derived from Church words) from Tabernacle. The “proper” swear is Tabarnaque.
Kinda late for this but on the Muse topic… I agree their latest albums weren’t up to par with say, Absolution, but their live performances of their good songs more than makes up for it.
Watching them live in São Paulo was… amazing, to say the least.
