PC vs Consoles thread

I think the “baby scissors” was more at how confined you are in MacOS. With Windows, you’re still confined but the room is far bigger. With Linux, there are no walls.

How exactly are you confined? From my experience with my brother’s mac you can do all that you can in windows.

You’re at the mercy of Apple in a sense; everything is Apple-approved.
Their platforms are having the habit of not being level playing-fields for developers of late.

Can you clarify that? I am not quite sure what you mean? Are you saying that Macs are getting better software developers?

But… no one cares.

Macs suck. As has been said (truly) by a thousand people, Macs were created to take advantage of people who don’t know about computers.

I thought this was the Console versus PC, not PC versus Mac debate.
What is going on in here exactly?

No. I mean that not all developers get a chance to publish their software for Apple’s platforms because Apple said “No” to them. But there is the GNU license which works around this in ways.

EDIT:
@MaxTheLimit: I’m not really sure…

@Door yeah I know that, but you can still do/get most stuff working on a mac.
@MaxTheLimit we exhausted the conversation on consoles, o moved onto macs.

GO!![/SIZE]

but we are still talking about macs…

That wasn’t what I was saying…
I was simply putting forth that Apple like to not have a level playing field for developers on their platforms as of late.

PC
Hulu, YouTube, and plenty of other streaming video sites make TV all but obsolete. But a TV is nice to have for sports parties and to watch shows with the family on Sunday night.

Oh yeah, come to think of it, some programmes were not supported on mac until they went open source.

SEE THE ERRORS OF YOUR WAYS EARLIER?

PC, a TV on it’s own is useless.

What do you mean door?

He’s a Microsoft fanboy. Pay him no mind.

Another mac fan! :hi-fives John:

Macs: Let out your creativity! (Only comes in 8 models, customization is not allowed)

Customisation is allowed, they let you choose all your parts, ad extra HDDs and RAM, but you can’t change a graphics card or anything (not that you need to)

Dammit you hurt my feelings. :frowning:

I’m going to lower the red lettering and the smiley… it makes it look different to what I wanted.
