Thank you for the response. I deleted the local content and re-installed, that seems to have fixed it. All my saves and settings are still there as well!

I just noticed something that i think should be fixed in the new patch…
If you bind tab to something else,you can’t bind it back to view scores.
Like,literally,there is no option to bind it back,even in the options menu.

In the meantime, you could always use the console.

I think this is also the case for esc / main menu

It looks like you haven’t updated to the latest server version, and still have the missing files. The latest server version has fixed this error. Make sure you have on the latest version, and try again!

Great patch ! Unfortunately, the “clicking the options crashes the game” is not resolved, making me impossible to change difficulty or more important resolution (playing 1366 on a 1980 screen is really weird ^^)

PS : Btw, it crashes the game without any .dmp left in the steam directory.

Dude these new chargers will make maps like endcamp unplayable since there will be way too much armor. I’m ok with chargers holding 50 or even more charge, but it has to be up to the mapper to configure the chargers in his map. Not just some wrong default value.
Also… I’ve played some more Singleplayer now. I think it’s all good besides of the new HECU precision and the changes on the MP5. Can you please reverse to the old precision values?

I’ll ask one of the programmers when we next chat. The Linux Server build itself appears to be fine so it must be caused by something else.

You can ignore that console message. We already ship steamclient.so with the server, just not at that location.

Just going to quote ParryHotter so he receives a notification. I don’t think he noticed.

It’s only a work-around, but you can use launch parameters to get your resolution working.

-w <width> or -width <width> - Forces the engine to start with resolution set to <width>. Ex: -w 1024. -h <height> or -height <height>- Forces the engine to start with resolution set to <height>. Ex: -h 768.
And I’m pretty sure you can change difficulty with the console.

sk_dmg_take_scale   0.5, 1, 2    1 on easy, 2 on medium, and 3 on hard

If I’m not mistaken, the difficulty control command is “skill”. 1 for easy, 2 for normal, 3 for hard.
