On A Rail Uncut - Re-Adding Cut Areas/Scenes (Expansion Project)

Okay, but u have the tram system aswell

Technically, it’ll be ten years ago next year.

…Fuck, I’m getting old.

Your point mate?

Hi Text. How are you doing?

HI TEXT IS OAR DONE YET BRO

what, is this his personal facebook/twitter or something now?

fuck me…

Sorry about that.

SEEMS LIKE NOT, OH MY GAWD OAR IS DEAD

COOL STORY BRAH SEE YOU NEXT YEAR LOL

I wouldn’t joke about that in case it’s been cancelled for real. I would like seeing your faces if he announces as such :-i but anyway, we should patiently wait for updates instead of pushing on him. He isn’t the only one taking his time after all, right your-name-here? :freeman: Perhaps he had decided to release not before you guys are done with Xen first, so postponing Xen means later OaR Uncut, so you better work quicker yourselves if you want this soon :-/

Herm…

People? Did you all see the last post Text made? He said that he will be back in 1-2 weeks and have personal issues to deal with.

We have to be patient…

Even if it did get cancelled (God forbid), at-least what we have now is pert-near perfect as it is.

I just hope his personal issues get resolved in a positive way. Not for OaR Uncut, but for him.

Best wishes, man.

Got a little more feedback for On a Rail Uncut Beta 2.

Map B

  1. In this area, the refrigerator clips through the cabinet.
  2. In the beginning of the rocket area, there is z-fighting on a couple parts of the track (here and here).

Map B1

  1. In the turntable ambush area, performance can go down to about 30 frames per second when both the lights and the flares are on. Performance is around 60 frames per second once the flares go out. I hope this issue gets fixed soon.
  2. I think somebody mentioned this already, but could you make it so that an autosave is triggered after pressing this switch instead of being dangerously close to this laser?

Map B2

  1. One floor away from heading towards map C, this elevator is not flushed with the floor.

Yes he actually does have some personal issues I will let him elaborate on that if he wants to. He’s also contending with the job application we sent him.

1/10. Just for that I’ll work even slower.

Is he applying for that MP mapping position, or as something else?

He’s applying as a programmer clearly.

That’s really cool, your-name-here! I hope he gets the job.

Edit: As a mapper of course.

Yeah, that’s cool news!

Tell us about the application for real. I can’t grasp sarcasm. :fffuuu:
