This is a photo from a relative that I found in an old box. I know that the photo was from Italy but I don’t know what war it is from. Does anyone here recognize the uniform?

I think it’s from Spain.
How the hell did this happen? This isn’t good. Take my advice and burn it. Just burn it.
It is a family photo… I don’t think my parents would appreciate that… I don’t think that it is from Spain either. The side of the family that it comes from came out of Italy.
If your parents knew the horrible secret behind this particular photo I’m sure they would encourage it.
What do you mean by horrible secrets?
Don’t ask questions! That photo isn’t supposed to exist. It’s just… how did you come to find the picture?
It is an old family photo. I found it in a box among other family pictures.
Where exactly was the box and what did it look like?
It was in a brown box in my parents room. It was given to my mother after my uncle died. He had kept a collection of family photos. This particular one was among them.
Fuck! How the hell could he mess up this badly? If you’re not going to burn it then just put it back into the box, preferably at the very bottom and put it back like nothing happened. But it’s out on the internet already… I can’t be sure if they’ve already gotten your address or not. You’ve woken the wolves, ScentedWiind. I wish you the best but that’s not going to do you any good.
I think it’s from Spain.
 @ This thread.
On Topic: Yea looks like a Spanish licen–I mean uniform.
I am sure it’s Spanish.
It is a real-photo post card which was invented made in 1907. The card was most likely a member of my family in Italy sending a card to a family member of mine in the US. My family moved to the US around 1908 so the time line matches. Or someone from Spain, although I don’t know why, who sent it to my family here.
It’s definitely from Spain.
Do you have a picture of a Spanish uniform to prove this theory?
What aboot this spanish license plate incident?
