Well, the title says it. When I get my crowbar… it simply doesn’t appear.
I can hit things, and make noises, but I get no arms and no crowbar!
I tried impulse 101 to see if I could get any kind of weapons to appear, and it didnt work.
However, after doing the impulse 101, I tried to fire a RPG and the game crashed.
Anyone have a fix?

It happens occasionally to me, I just reload my last save and it seems to fix the issue.
