No Physics Transfer When Gibbing Hemizombies

The “torso” zombies (usually produced by catching a zombie in the outer edge of an explosion, although some spawn pre-existing in the game as well) don’t seem to transfer momentum to their gibs properly. Thus, gibbing one with shotgun fire, explosions, etc. typically results in this:
