Most of the NPC’s don’t move , they just stand with their arms out , some of the animations work such as when I’m being attacked by a crab head .
I’ve re-installed the game already & used the -autoconfig switch but it’s still the same. I’ve never seen this bug before in any of my other Steam games.
Opening the console reveals lots of missing files & Var’s .
