A mod like this DESERVES an actual icon. (well it already has, but sometimes it does not appear when building the shortcut from Steam)

N.B.: If you don’t know how to apply it to a shortcut, just open its properties and select “change icon” or whatever it is, then select the icon from where you placed its download

Just right click Black Mesa in your steam library and there should be an option to create a desktop icon.

I did, but it made a blank shortcut… must be a minor bug xD
I had the same thing. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried running install as Admin. 64 bit Windows 8 Release Candidate. Thank you for this!
