Need help with particle editor

I need to use particle editor but its dont launch! In launch options i add this parametrs:
-tool -nop4
And its not work. How can i start game in tool mode ?

Pretty sure tools mode is broken right now.

Oh its bad news :frowning: So how can i build waterfall on map ? Somebody knows ?

You do it like a man and make it out of brushes with a scrolling water texture on.

(Alternatively wait until the tools are fixed)
