My Gman Impersonation

Here is my G-Man impersonation…can you beat it? :retard:

Anyway, it does probably need more “gruff” like my friend said.

And no, this was just my voice by itself, I didn’t edit it. I think I do need to try deepening my voice just a little bit in real life too.

Not terrible. You might want to get a sore throat and have dryer lips next time, because the most audible parts of that clip were horrific wet smacks.

Yeah, I heard that too. In the audio…I was thinking :meh:

pretty cool needs moar weirdness

Here is a speech I recorded for my Machinima:

Pretty good! super short, but I like it. your voice could be a WEEEEEE bit deeper though.
Just smoke and scream alot.

Yes, I know what you mean actually. My “speech” is kind of rough, it probably won’t be final.

This one is very random and stupid, but I laugh at it lmfao. https://www.supload.com/sound_confirm.php?get=19076311.wav

Usually my voice sounds more like gman than I recorded in that one. :expressionless:

Also, this recording is funny as well: https://www.supload.com/sound_confirm.php?get=430160842.wav

Take up a smoking addiction and your gman voice will be infinitely better in no time.

hmm, well, there are some days where I sound a lot like GMAN and other days I just don’t so much.

The first one was the best in my opinion. Sounded more natural.

Actually I think it was quite good. You just need to make it sound more deep and “dry” somehow.

LOL “What the fuck does g-man even fucking means?”

No, i can’t, i didn’t even view it but i’m sure i can’t…

Lol, I wasn’t really being serious with that, and those stupid recordings I did don’t sound like gman as much as I usually can…

I agree, I got lucky when I did that one.

Sorry for double post.

OK so this is a year damn old, and a triple post. But I have actually not really practiced the G-Man impersonation seriously again until today.

Here it is. I actually thought that someone put the Half-Life ending G-Man speech in place of my voice because it was so spot on for the most part.

Yeah, I know the dialogue is off.

I forgot I had dropbox or something…so I was trying to figure out my filefront password.

I sound nothing like this when I talk normally, it is difficult to pull off in reality.

Here is more practicing of the G-man Half-Life 2 introduction. Maybe I will try the Half-Life 2 Alpha lines.

You can hear what my normal everyday speaking voice sounds like.

“XEN” is just a funny word to say in a gman voice.

I probably said it at too high a pitch.

There are no changes through programs to the sound file.

The interference is from me holding my headset out in front of me rather than holding it and me facing more towards the microphone.
